Rising from the ashes of beloved Brooklyn drunk-rockers The Great American Novel, The Romantic Comedy is the brainchild of James Layne, Pete Kilpin, Aidan Shepard and Max Miller.  Their latest EP Let's Be Sad Together mixes nineties power pop sensibility and crushing eighties arena rock with production from former Passion Pit member Ayad Al Adhamy. 

Just recently returned from a successful showcase at SXSW, The Romantic Comedy is delighting audiences across the five boroughs of NYC, and sometimes other places too.
